UK delivery

We deliver to UK addresses served by Royal Mail.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 3:00 PM on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery times

Royal Mail delivery is normally 1–2 working days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by Royal Mail delays, severe weather, bank holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free when the order value is £30 or more. A £5.99 delivery charge applies when the order value is below £30. The applicable charge is shown at checkout.

Tracking and delivery issues

Where tracking is available, details will be sent after dispatch. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
