Orders and shipping
What is your shipping policy?
We use Royal Mail for deliveries. Free tracked delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48 is available on orders over £30, with the option to pay for Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout.
When will my order be dispatched?
Once we receive your valid ID and entitlement documents, your order is placed in our production queue. Most orders received with the required documents before 2pm are manufactured and dispatched the same day. The usual turnaround from ordering to delivery is 2–3 working days.
Can I choose any registration number?
No. As a supplier of physical number plates, we can only produce plates using a registration number you are entitled to display. If you want a different registration, you must acquire the rights to it before we can make the plate.

Are 3D and 4D number plates road legal?
Yes, when the road-legal specification is selected and the plate is produced with the required materials, spacing and markings. “4D” is an industry name for raised acrylic characters.
Are your road-legal plates MOT compliant?
Our road-legal plates are manufactured to the applicable UK requirements, including the supplier details and BS AU 145e marking. They are designed to meet MOT standards when ordered and displayed correctly.

What is your shipping policy?
We currently use the Royal Mail for all deliveries. We offer free tracked delivery via the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service on all orders. You have the option of paying an additional cost for Royal Mail Tracked 24 as your delivery service.
Are 3D & 4D plates road legal?
Yes, our 3D & 4D plates are 100% legal, (‘4D’ is just an industry standard name, they are still 3D)
When will my number plates be dispatched?
Upon receiving your valid ID and entitlement documents, your order gets promptly placed in our production queue. Majority of orders are manufactured and dispatched on the very same day we receive your documents if placed before 2pm. The usual turnaround from placing your order to receiving your number plates tends to be between 2-3 days.

Am I required to submit documents?

Are your plates road legal?
Our road-legal plates are manufactured in compliance with DVLA regulations, including the maker's details and BSAU 145e coding. They also adhere to MOT standards.
Can I choose any registration?
Unfortunately Not! As a supplier of physical plates, we can only create plates with your existing registration number. If you wish to have a plate with a new registration, you would first need to acquire the rights to the new registration before we can produce the plate.
